Hump Day is here (Prince Spaghetti Day lost 2-0 last week in a naturally occuring data collection process I learned, called "listening") so I'm pretty excited to do some of that today...
Feeling pretty trap-centric after that WOD yesterday and also very happy with my results; only a handfull of people bested me on mainsite, so I'm pleased with my placing and pumped that I did so many unbroken wallballs...all 50 and 35 next time I do it, and 1:55 pace for all rows!!!
Taking this morning off to rest and recover; I was on the fence but I know that to be a better athlete I must rest more, right?!?! I just now made the game-time decision; I have an opening in my afternoon (before 1530 and at 1630) during which I can hit a metcon if I'm screwed up all day from not wodding, so there's a safety net built in as well...
Off to, well...rest and recover, I guess; any tips on how to sit still would be greatly appreciated...send them to www.charliesheenteachesmeyoga.org...
Here I am, back for the attack after CA-RUSHING that WOD at globo...rx'd in 20:33...haven't checked my time against the rest of the board but I'm happy with my results!! I kept my first 2,000m row at 2:00 splits so I wouldn't blow up later...wallballs were 25/25...18/17...20 unbroken to finish; anyone who hates wallballs can kiss mine, they're fun!!!

Anyways...it seems as though we're not getting a Winter this year (cue the 12" snowstorm!); mid-forties and brilliant today; wait a minute, is that the weather or a description of yours truly?!?!? Heeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
Taking this morning off and hitting Sunday's mainsite metcon at globo (0730); seeing local boys hitting it online definitely inspired me to see where my fitness would fall into place against theirs!? It's a ton of rowing and wall balls so there's no reason for me to empty my gas tank downstairs this morning when I can spend it blogging to my larger collection of cyber friends, upto and including the people who send me the viagra spam emails and the new one where I won the $1,000 Best Buy gift card every day for the last ten days in a row...man, I am lucky!!!

Reporting the completely and totally embarrassing results of my Airdyne sprints this morning might, though...20:00, 5.8 miles, 241 calories...UGGH!!! I've ordered a SAWEET camoflage Flex Fit hat (to fit my unusually large GORD of a head), so I'm pretty pumped about that as well...
I also picked up a SAWEET split sleeve Olympic Bar yesterday in Worcester; believe me, I was scared for my life and played Ma$e with my window rolled down so people would think I was a thug...Darin, the 43 year old street gang member, listening to a rapper less relevant than even he is...yeah, intimidating!
Max PCL later today if I have a chance before a busy evening in Da Box...totally pumped to use the new bar, hopefully grabbing a good baseline PR on PCL to see where I stand; also made an appointment with a HIGHLY regarded Physical Therapist for Thursday night at my home, so I'm pumped to find out if this woman can help DSG get healthy...
