    Wake up, ICS (0222) GREAT day yesterday after taking the morning off to count sheep with The Missus!

    Fun day training Team X and TMtWI and then hanging out with Rose and Emmy, followed by 100 Bastards (Bastards = Burpees with jump and push-up but NOT pretty!) in 7:30 and death soon thereafter...seriously insane!  Dinner with the neighbors was fun and then time on the deck with the tiki torches lit (our fave!)was a great way for me and AJ to finish a long day!

    AM Cardio...22:35 minute run - 5k distance Feeling awesome and ready for the day; My Bride and Our Two are sleeping away and everything is right in the world!  Have a great day, gang!

    Wake up, ICS (0222FANTASTIC start to vacation week; we spent the weekend in Misquamicut and Naragansett RI with friends (The Levy's Saturday and The Sawan's Sunday) for just a great, great time!  It was sooo much fun seeing all our dear friends and it had been far too long coming, so we are thankful for all of it!

    My Family had such an amazing time and we took loads of pictures; it is such a gift for me personally to take part in vacations and  see everyone having such fun as I never had vacation time with my family of origin.  Special thanks to Theresa, Joey the Bull and especially My Andrea Jean, without whom I wouldn't know even the smallest happiness...you are My Savior, Darling!

    AM Cardio...5.0 miles in 33:57 minutes Really great feeling getting back into the cardio after a two day layoff...gonna CF at 0830 today (something cool that will allow me to CF again tomorrow)...All Three Girls sleeping upstairs, me off to work...Life is GREAT!  Have a great day, gang!

Workout of the Week for 19 Jul 10

Squats w.X Press/Burpees/Catcher Curls/Supermen
:45 x 2 rds

Up & Down Planks/Arnold Press/Nosebreakers
:60 x 2 rds

Sneaky Squats/Jacknives 
:60 x 3 rds

 

Perform each cycle ONCE through for 45 seconds to a minute (unless otherwise noted).  If you're feeling froggy, try it twice through.  REMEMBER that if you're training again on Monday, you have to do this SATURDAY!
