Let’s face it; if all “getting in shape” consisted of were abdominal crunches and walks after dinner, we’d all be in fantastic shape! My approach to fitness is one of philosophy (what makes SENSE?), psychology (why DO I eat the cake when I know I am on a diet?) and physiology (it is MUCH MORE than plain X’s an O’s!). I am going to make you lift like something fell on you, run like someone is chasing you, and eat like someone else…guaranteed!
